    *The Lessees agree to have their washing machine and/or
    dishwasher installed by a licensed plumber at their own
    expense and to provide a copy of the invoice to the Lessor
    for insurance purposes.

    *The Lessees accept the current internet speed. Any
    upgrades will be at their expense.

    *The Lessor will not be responsible for anything concerning
    the snow removal company, including but not limited to:
    damage to parked vehicles, failure to clear snow on time,
    etc.

    *At the end of the term of the lease, the Lessees agree
    that the dwelling will be returned in the same clean
    condition as when possession was taken.
