    *The Lessee agrees to hire at their expense a certified
    plumber to install the dishwasher and/or washing machine
    and also agrees to remit a copy of their receipt to the
    Lessor.

    *If the Lessee does not renew his lease, he agrees to
    respect the 24 hours notice for all visit requests.

    *At the end of the term of the lease, the Lessee(s) agrees
    that the dwelling will be returned in the same clean
    condition as when possession was taken.
