    *Subleasing and/or lease assignment are forbidden without
    the lessor's approval.
    *All lessees must return the dwelling and all the
    inclusions in the same condition as they were at the start
    of the lease.
    *The lessor has the right to rent on his own.
    *All lessees have to respect a 24-hour notice for any
    visits, in case of non-renewal of the lease.
