    any other illegal activities and/or businesses inside the
    dwelling and/or around the boundaries of the immovable.

    *At the end of the term of the lease (or renewals), the
    Lessee agrees to return the dwelling, in the same clean
    condition as when possession was taken.

    *If the Lessee does not renew his/her lease, he/she agrees
    to respect the 24 hours notice for all visit requests.
