    *The Lessor declares that the exterior driveway parking is
    presently rented by the second floor Lessees. For an
    additional fee of $125 per month, the ground floor Lessees
    can rent the exterior driveway parking starting 7 days
    following the occupancy date.

    *The Lessees agree to hire a certified plumber to install
    their washing machine, at their own expense, and also agree
    to provide a copy of their invoice to the Lessor.

    *The Lessees agree to provide proof of renter's insurance
    including civil liability for two million dollars for the
    term of the lease including any future renewals, prior to
    occupancy.

    *The Lessees agree to provide proof that they have opened a
    Hydro-Québec account in their name prior to occupancy.

    *The Lessees agree to place all garbage in bags and bins
    and store it on the back balcony until garbage day; nothing
    related to garbage may be left exposed in the front.

    *At the end of the term of the lease, the Lessees agree
    that the dwelling including the appliances will be returned
    in the same clean condition as when possession was taken.

    *The Lessor has the right to walk through the unit with a
    minimum notice of 24 hours.

    *The Lessees agree to respect the 24 hours notice for visit
    requests should they not renew their lease.
