    The tenant in apartment 1705 will be responsible to mow
    and clean the lawn in the summer and fall months.
    Garbage and Recycling Bins - responsibility shared between
    tenants- to be discussed

    Tenant is responsible for any damages caused by him and
    will repair said
    damages at his own expense.

    The rental unit and all its inclusions shall be returned in
    the state it was upon the signing of the lease ( except for
    normal usage over time). It is forbidden to make any
    changes to the interior or exterior of the rental unit,
    including painting without the permission of the Lessor.


    A deposit for the first months rent will be attached at the
    signing of the lease. The deposit shall be used to pay the
    first months rent.
