    term of the lease including any renewals
    -deductible for all types of water damage $2,000.
    -proof of opening a Hydro-Québec account under their name.

    *The Lessee understands and agrees that they are not
    allowed to bring/have an extra freezer, air conditioner,
    and/or water dispenser during the term of the lease
    including any renewals. If the water damage is caused by
    the Lessee, he understands and agrees that he is
    responsible for paying the deductible.

    *The Lessee is responsible for keeping all the appliances
    clean and in good working order.

    *At the end of the term of the lease, the Lessee agrees
    that the dwelling will be returned in the same clean
    condition as when possession was taken.
