    to occupancy.

    *The Lessee agrees to keep the dwelling clean at all times
    and understands that the Lessor reserves the right with 24
    hours notice during the term of the lease to walk through
    the dwelling, to inform the Lessor immediately of any
    irregularity that requires attention, and to have the
    dwelling professionally cleaned at their expense at the end
    of the term of the lease.
