    -Hydro has to be transferred by the signing of the lease.
    -Tenant is responsible for any damages caused by him/her
    and will repair said damages at his/her own expense.
    -The rental unit and all its inclusions shall be returned
    in the state it was upon the signing of the lease (except
    for normal usage over time). It is forbidden to make any
    changes to the
    interior or exterior of the rental unit, including painting
    without the permission of the Lessor.
    -The interior premises must be kept in order to warrant
    pests.-The front balcony can have plants but no urban

    -Circulation space should remain without any obstruction
    (boxes, storage items etc.) in case of fire or emergencies.
    -First month's rent will be paid at the signing of the
    lease. It will be used to pay the first months rent.
