    a recent letter of employment (with salary or recent
    paystubs), and their current landlord's coordinates, and
    understand that their
    Promise to Lease is conditional to the Lessors' approval;
    otherwise it shall be rendered null and void.

    *The Lessees must provide prior to occupancy:
    Proof of rental insurance that includes the following:
    -civil liability for two million dollars for the entire
    term of the lease as well as renewals.
    -deductible for all types of water damage $2,000.
    -fire.
    -proof of opening a Hydro-Québec account under their name.

    *The Lessees agree to hire at their expense a certified
    plumber to install the washing machine and also agrees to
    remit a copy of their receipt to the Lessors.

    *If the Lessees do not renew their lease, they agree to
    respect the 24 hours notice for all visit requests.

    *At the end of the term of the lease, the Lessees agree
    that the dwelling will be returned in the same clean
    condition as when possession was taken.
