    *The Lessee does not have the right of access and use of
    the backyard.

    *The right to keep 1 dog shall be at the Lessors
    discretion; no cat(s).

    *A barbeque is permitted on the back balcony.

    *A satellite dish is not permitted.

    *The dwelling shall not be used as an AIRBNB including no
    short term rentals.

    *It is forbidden to smoke and/or cultivate any substance
    inside the dwelling including around the boundaries of the
    building.

    *There shall be no painting of the walls.

    *Assignment and/or subleasing are forbidden.

    *The Lessee agrees at his expense to provide a recent
    credit score report, a recent letter of employment (with
    salary or recent paystubs), and his current landlord's
    coordinates, and
    understand that his Promise to Lease is conditional to the
    Lessor's approval; otherwise it shall be rendered null and
    void.
