    *Assignment and/or subleasing are forbidden.
    *There shall be no painting of the walls.
    *There shall be no smoking, no growing of cannabis and/or
    any other illegal activities and/or
    businesses inside the dwelling and/or around the
    boundaries of the immovable.
    *At the end of the term of the lease (or renewals), the
    Lessee agrees to return the dwelling, including
    appliances, in the same clean condition as when possession
    was taken.
    *If the Lessees do not renew their lease, they agree to
    respect the 24 hours notice for all visit requests
