    *The Lessee agrees to respect and abide by the present
    declarations of co-ownership including any future
    publications and/or any future by-laws during the term of
    the lease and any renewals. Any infraction shall be borne

    *It is forbidden to smoke and/or cultivate any substances
    including cannabis inside the dwelling, in the common
    areas, as well as around the boundaries of the building.

    *There shall be no painting of the walls.

    *The dwelling is not to be used as an AIRBNB, including no
    short-term rentals.

    *Assignment and/or subleasing are forbidden.

    *The Lessee agrees to provide at his expense the following:
    recent credit score report, consent to check payment habit
    form (CCPH), recent letter of employment with salary or
    recent paystubs, and understands that his Promise to Lease
    will be conditional to the approval and satisfaction of the
    above by the Lessor, otherwise, it shall be rendered null
    and void.

    *Prior to occupancy, the Lessee must provide proof of
    rental insurance including fire, water damage, and civil
    liability of two millions dollars for the entire term of
    the lease (including
    any renewals).

    *At the end of the term of the lease, the Lessee agrees
    that the dwelling including the appliances will be returned
    in the same clean condition as when possession was taken.

    *A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all visits.

    *If the Lessee does not renew his lease, he agrees to
    respect the 24 hours notice for all visit requests.

    *The replacement of any keys/fob shall be at the expense of
    the Lessee.
