    void.

    *The Lessee must provide proof of rental insurance
    including civil liability for two million dollars for the
    entire term of the lease including any renewals, as well as
    proof of opening a
    Hydro-Québec account under their name prior to occupancy.

    *If the Lessee does not renew his lease, he/she agrees to
    respect the 24 hours notice for all visit requests.

    *At the end of the term of the lease (or renewals), the
    Lessee agrees that the dwelling including the appliances
    will be returned in the same clean condition as when
    possession was taken.

    *The Lessee agrees to keep the dwelling well maintained &
    clean at all times and understands that the Lessor reserves
    the right with 24 hours notice during the term of the lease
    (or renewals) to walk through the dwelling, and the Lessee
    agrees to inform the Lessor immediately of any irregularity
    that requires her attention.

    *All current visits require a minimum 24 hours notice.
    Lessees availability: Thursday: 7 pm - 8 pm, Monday &
    Tuesday & Wednesday & Friday: 3 pm - 7 pm, Saturday and
    Sunday: 10 am - 7 pm
