    *The Lessee shall provide a recent credit score report, a
    recent letter of employment with salary or recent pay
    stubs, and their current landlord reference which is
    conditional to the Lessor's
    approval, otherwise, the Promise to Lease shall be rendered
    null and void.

    *At the end of the term of the lease, the Lessee agrees at
    their expense to return the dwelling in the same clean
    condition as when possession was taken.

    *Should the Lessee not renew their lease, they agree to
    respect the 24 hours notice for visit requests.
