    -Smoking cigarettes, vape on the premises is prohibited.

    -The tenant must have tenant insurance, including liability
    insurance.
    A letter confirming coverage must be provided at the time
    of signing the lease in Quebec. Tenants' liability
    insurance must be at least $2,000,000.

    -No subletting without the written consent of the landlord.

    -No Airbnb.

    -No individual room rentals allowed.

    -The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by them
    and will repair it at their own expense.

    -Regarding the appliances, any damage incurred will be the
    lessee(s) responsibility. The Lessee will be required to
    cover the expenses for either the repaire or replacement of
    the damaged appliance.

    -The dwelling and everything in it must be returned in the
    condition it was in when the lease was signed (except for
    normal wear and tear over time). It is prohibited to make
    any changes to the interior or exterior of the dwelling,
    including painting, without the landlord's permission.

    -The first month's rent will be due upon signing the lease
    and is used to pay the first mointh's rent.

    -One cat is allowed.
