  written using the mandatary form, Promise to Purchase -

  *As per Bill 96, the party wishes that these documents be
  drawn up in English. Effective, September 1, 2022, all
  notarial home ownership documents will be drawn up in
  French. Should either party want any document(s) translated
  into English, they must contact a Notary or a Certified
  Translator to do so, and there will be an extra charge

  obtaining a judgement which should take place in
  approximately 60 days following the signing of this
  contract (guideline). Should such judgement result in
  proceeding with the selling of the immovable, the suggested
  delay shall be an additional 30 days following such.
